Card & Certificate Delivery

How members receive their documents

After approval and payment confirmation, the administration prepares the member record, membership card, and certificate using the information submitted in the application.

    Send the membership application with accurate personal, contact, academic, and professional details.

  2. 2. Administrative Approval

    ISFEC administration reviews the documents and confirms the application status.

  3. 3. Payment Confirmation

    The member completes the applicable regional membership fee according to the official payment instructions. Annual renewal is confirmed each year according to the member region.

  4. 4. Issuing Documents

    The member ID, digital membership card, and membership certificate are generated after the record is approved.

  5. 5. Receiving Documents

    The card and certificate are sent by email or made available through the member portal when available.
